Choosing the right rental property can be just as daunting a process as purchasing a new home.  You have all the same factors to consider including location, amentities, and cost along with the added concern of having to deal with a new landlord.  I am happy to assist renters find appropriate housing within their budget and where they want to be located.  I also don't just go away after the lease is signed and you move in.  I am here to help you with whatever issues might arise and can act as a liason between you and your landlord.

Property Owners 

I do not provide property management services, but I am willing to assist you find tenants for your rental properties.  I will put forth the same committment and dedication towards finding you a suitable tenant as I do when I am working to sell a property.  The fit is crucial and you will be kept well informed throughout the entire process from marketing, to credit/background checks, to the move in date & walk through.
